Parking is provided in the private lane. $22 overnight for the first 5 days within the billing period. $33 overnight parking for the 6-15th days within the billing period. $40 overnight parking after the 15th day. Free daytime parking for residents and guests.
Fitness Room: $275.00 annual fee
Penthouse (6th floor in the J building): $155 for the first night and $130 for each subsequent,
Storage locker: $47 per month
Bike room: $14 per month
Grill (2 charcoal grills on the patio): $50.00 annual fee
Air conditioner: $15.41 per month
Lounge Rental: Rates per day/hour are increased by $5 each
The Lounge is available for private events, and the costs vary due to the number in attendance and the type of event. The Lounge- under three hours, $35.00 per hour. Fees range from $300.00-$505.00 based on the event. The number of attendees, kitchen use, and reserved hours - all factor into the fee charged.
Shareholders sponsoring events, i.e., yoga, pilates, and classes, do not pay a fee to reserve the lounge, but attendees will pay the instructor directly if there is a charge.
The Lounge has many events open to the public throughout the year, including concerts, lectures, and special events. HVG has catered events in the Lounge for residents, i.e., Newcomer's Party, Kentucky Derby Day party, 4th of July party, etc.
An active Parents Group schedules many events throughout the year for holidays, ice cream socials, playground get-togethers, pizza parties, etc. There is a private playground and playroom (G building).
