The last few days have been a blur, so I am only now getting a chance to sit down and write you a note of rather extreme gratitude. You have been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process - kind, helpful, and diligent. You are far and away my new gold standard for what a realtor should be and do, and setting a very high bar in the process! I can't thank you enough for everything that you, Julianna, and your colleagues did to help me end up in this apartment. I'm thrilled to be here. If there's ever anything I can do to be of help with anything, just say the word. And the next time anyone I know is looking for apartments in Northern Manhattan, I know who I'm telling them to call.

Greetings, I would like to thank Real Estate Agent Julianna Meluzio and her hard work in finding us our new dream apartment. Julianna did not stop while helping us look for an apartment and even after Julianna found us our new home she made sure we had everything we needed to complete the move. Quick to respond to texts, calls and emails. One quick point was how Julianna showed me 2 apartments
and then worked in a 3rd apartment to view even while having other showings that day. I will definitely use Julianna in the future if/when we look for a different apartment. 10 out of 10 from me. I highly

"Professionals! - Our co-op apartment was on the market from October to May and Gregory and Julianna stuck with us all the wav. They shot beautiful pictures, posted a perfect listing, advised us on a sweet-spot price, and whenever a buyer wanted to see the place, they were there. Selling a New York City co-op is not a fast and easy process. There are lots of hoops to jump through. And whenever my wife or I stressed over the demands, they calmly scraped us off the ceiling. To top it off, they referred us to an excellent attorney who covered all the bases and executed a smooth closing after we already had moved.

Julianna was AMAZING! She listened to my needs and desires and she only showed me apartments that were a good fit. She was responsive, patient, worked quickly every step of the way, and was empathetic to what it feels like to make quick decisions. I ended up with my top choice, but honestly, I could have lived in any of the apartments that Julianna showed me. Once I signed the lease she continued to offer advice and support.
