There are no words to sufficiently or adequately capture the significance, complexity, and consequential nature of the current moment. There are so many challenges facing both this country and the world. COVID-19 has wrought havoc on our routines and systems, and now the world has been rocked by mass protests precipitated by the murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2020 by police in Minneapolis. This blog post is a collection of important resources and tools so that we may self-educate, share, participate, mobilize and heal.
That systemic racism and inequality were allowed to be part of this nation at any time is an injustice that we have been paying for every day and continue to pay for now. Not making every effort now to combat the injustice now simply prolongs and compounds the costly but necessary path to healing.
