Andrew Healy, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Spotlight

I grew up in the Manhattan real estate business, accompanying my dad, Gregory Healy, when he’d go out to show apartments to his clients. So it felt natural to join Sovereign Associates as a licensed New York real estate agent several years ago and begin showing apartments to my own clients.

My favorite part of working with clients is the satisfaction of helping them find an apartment in Upper Manhattan that meets as many items as possible on their wish lists (close to subways, parks, recreation areas, and great places to eat, etc.) and yet is within their budget.

Because I live in the same corner of Manhattan Island that I show to clients, I know what the lifestyle here has to offer, and I can give my clients a preview of what’s nearby and the advantages of living here (hint: you can get more for your money up here than in Midtown, while still in easy subway distance to Times Square for a night out with friends.)

You might see me walking around my Washington Heights neighborhood with my little black dog, Shady, because the J Hood Wright Park is right around the corner from my apartment and offers a recreation center for basketball and volleyball as well as a dog park area.

I've also enjoyed living in other Upper West Side areas, and I help many of my clients find apartments in the area of Columbia Univeristy. I now live in view of the Washington Bridge and the Hudson River, just two of the many exciting reasons for living and working here in the northern tip of NYC.
