Hi, I've had an AMAZING and a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with Oscarli and would recommend anyone to reach out to him, if you're trying to rent out apartments. I recently moved to New York City and was looking for a one bedroom apartment either in Washington Heights or in the Upper West Side, especially Manhattan Valley and my budget was $2,000. I was looking for a one bedroom apartment in an area where the first month rent was free, which was extremely quiet, had friendly neighbors and new infrastructure, had live-in Super and washer and dryer within the building, was at walking distance to a park and a subway station, had grocery stores nearby, and proper sunlight coming into the apartment. Being extremely pick and choosy about the apartment where I wanted to live at, I found it extremely hard to find a real estate agent who could patiently work with me to help me find an apartment to suit my needs and comforts. Sovereign Associate's Real Estate Agent, Oscarli, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to find a proper one bedroom apartment for me. He was very responsive and would always get back to me promptly. The first time I contacted him, he immediately answered the phone and patiently listened to my requirements. He then gave me some recommendations and also showed around the neighborhoods where I wanted to move into, and really went out of his way to answer all my questions and queries. With his guidance and advice, I was finally able to get a one bedroom apartment of my liking and needless to say, I feel that I made the right choice. Oscarli was very professional and courteous to me. During this pandemic, it's extremely tough to make a decision about which apartment to search for. Oscarli goes out of his way to provide a virtual tour, at a time convenient to you, and also records videos of the apartment, posts them on youtube, and provides you with the youtube link, so that you can have a look a the apartment yourself. This makes one feel that they are visiting the apartment in person. He also provides a 3D map of the apartment and also a floor plan; hence he gives a very complete and transparent overview about the apartment he's trying to rent out. This made him come across as being genuine realtor who cared about the apartment he was selling and the future tenants he's trying to rent to. I've had an AMAZING and a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with Oscarli and would recommend anyone to reach out to him, if you're trying to rent out apartments. All-in-all.....a complete 5 star experience :)
